Hi JHM: If you go into the page where you do a new posting on the sidebar there will be a page that says layout, click this on, after it should say add a gadget, scroll down the page that pops-up, there should be a box that says header, click this on then it should say configure header, it will have a line for your blog name and under that a place to post a photo from your computer.
