Day 3

A bit late in the day but here is the entry for day 3.

the start of day 3

the end of day 3
about 35 minutes of stitching
30 minutes is the minimum required

Friday, October 2, 2020

I am doing the Witchy Stitchy on facebook and decided if I can post there most days then I can do it here as well.

So, for Oct 2, a start and a finish after abt 40 minutes of stitching (and counting a few times, in the wrong and correct spaces).

See all the blank space on the left and towards the top?
That's part of where the October portion of the
Linens and Things 2020 Mystery Sampler is going.

And something is in there
At least a start.
I will be working on this so I can get October done quickly
and stay current.
Otherwise, I will be working here and there on
projects that need more work.

A FINISH !

I have a FINISH.   I have two ANG classes that I am doing virtually.  For Morning Sunrise, I got the last lesson on Monday.  I finished today.  I spent part of last night looking for a replacement thread that I felt better suited the piece.  then got the time to stitch this morning.

The last area to be completed.

Finished !

Regular update

Here are two more updates (not part of the 3-week SAL).

First up is the Mayflower
(aka Coming to America)
Lots to go yet.

This is Morning Sunrise
My virtual ANG seminar class piece
The other class has not yet arrived
This is 90% of the first lesson (4 total)

And that's it for a Monday morning.
Have a great week.

Progress (if you can call it that) on Coming to America

I just learned you can't remove a photo.  I meant
to rotate the photo before posting and forgot. Sorry
This was Day 1.

Day 2

I won't bother with Day 3.
I finished the anchor and went to start the sails.
The color is basically the color of the fabric
everything was lost in the fabric
so now I am going to change the color of the sails
probably to a "dirty" white / ecru.

 Updates:

This is Do Different
(long Dig Sampler)
Slow progress due to the Mystery Sampler

Mystery Sampler 2020 - September
I knew I needed to get this done
before the Mayflower Sampler and the 1st ANG class.
September is done  (right side)
Now I can concentrate on the ANG class and Mayflower

This is my fabric for the Mayflower Sampler
Aka Coming to America
36 count,  Winter brew

That's it for the moment
