Updated

December 10

We interrupt the display of the season for some actual stitching.

Starting with the Pine tree from the current issue of the EGA magazine

My version use 2 Watercolors
Emerald (as called for) and Banana
I used a gold I had on hand
as well as some brown Medici for the trunk

A start and finish since the last check in.

Below is a new start
(no finish yet)

It might get done for Christmas
Depends on how the shopping goes this week

And now for the usual two pieces
slowly plodding along

Three things Sampler

2017 Mystery Sampler
Currently working on the October band

Check out the rest of the groups' progress

and now back to the Trees, decorated doors, cartoons
or whatever there may be today.

Wow, that's a lot - especially given the time of year we're in! Your canvaswork tree is delightful.

I think the end may be in sight for your samplers?! Very exciting, to be getting close, I'm sure. Your little tree is so cute, and I appreciate the desire to have something simp,er to work in so you don't fell lie you eyes are crossing with the minutia of a large, detailed piece. Nicely done!
