Photos finally

Sergi started to get a head
then he got left behind

Moonlight madness came out to play
A bright sunny day was perfect to stitch on him
while the kids played at the playground
Last you saw him the yellow side was only as tall as his eyes.

This was Gobble back in January 2019

And Gobble today.
Probably will be done for this Thanksgiving!

Lastly is Stars and Stripes.
I thought everything left was in white
WRONG
The corners are this funky house.
I'm not sure I like the house
another reason why some of these other WIPs
came out to play.

The long empty areas on the sides will be white stars
with an occasional pale blue one.
I'm looking forward to stitching those.

Feel free to comment on the house
it's supposed to be in all 4 corners
should it stay or should it go

Don't forget to check out the other stitchers listed back at the top.
Have a great day !

That looks just like a quilt block house! You have been busy! Looks like you will have more than one seasonal project completed this year!

Your house looks like a school house quilt block. What do you think about stars in the corner blocks? Your other WIPs are looking good. Gobble looks like it is almost finished. Enjoy your Sunday!

The little house is cute and looks fine to me. However if you are not happy then just change it. I have changed things others think are fine, but I know if I am not going to be happy with something then for me its better just just unstitch and redo in a way I like.

Coming from a quilt making background, I would leave the house(s) in. But if you don't like them, don't want to stitch them, then leave them out! This is YOUR piece after all. Do what you enjoy the most. Meanwhile, I'm happy to see the progress on Gobble. Moonlight madness is gong to be a cutie; glad you got to work on that too. :-)

Wonderful progress! The house uses colors from the center piece and I think it really helps the center section stand out. That being said, it is a beautiful piece and I think it will be fabulous whether you keep the houses in the corners, or omit them and put in something you like.

Pesky, yes, but those little houses are going to look so cute in those corners. Lovely projects and I always think even a few stitches sewn are moving it forward. Happy Stitching...till next time.
