I have been busy with donation letters (to prove to the IRS that people made donations), 1099's  (think
w-2s for companies) and other misc ?$?#$<% things that have to be done financially for businesses and non-profits by January 31st of every year.  I do the books for 2 different non-profits plus run our neighborhood snow fund (no, the city will not plow our streets).  Thank heavens we haven't needed that much this year but then again the storms seem to be just starting.

I'm finally done.  I'm tired.  This year seemed to take forever and ever and ever and ever..........

This will be me for the rest of the evening (and probably has been me for the last few days).  Tomorrow morning I will sleep late.  Then I should feel better.  Maybe I will even get to stitch again.  That would make me feel lots better.  Meanwhile I think I will see what there is for dinner/supper/any meal.

Sorry that there has been such a gap.  Weather has been frightful, work (volunteer) busy and health miserable.  I finally went to the doctor.  A double dose of infections - Sinus and Bronchitis.  At least it will go away with all the medicine I have.  Just needs the time to kick in.

I've gotten some stitching one and will try for pictures this upcoming week.  I've also gotten some genealogy done as well.  Slowly plugging along with the family.

Hope those in cold weather spots will stay warm.  Woke up today to zero degrees.  Brrrrr!

I've tried to clean up the side bars.  I've eliminated some blogs that haven't updated in 2 years.  I have one blog (DeeBee's Designs) that never shows an update yet when I click on it, it goes to the most current post.  I have no idea what is going on with that but I have left it in place.
I took out the books posts - no one ever commented so I will try for monthly updates and occasional recommendations.
I did change the turtle trot.  I took out finished projects and added one new one.  There's only 14 of them there now.  The vast majority are large projects and need motivation and time.  I keep getting distracted by smaller, newer projects as well as new designs of my own.

Health wise I am starting to do better - which is good because now dear hubby has it or a version of it anyhow.  It may be mid-January before the Christmas decorations get put away at the rate we are going.

Life happens.

Done and gone.  Spent between the bathroom and the couch.

So far so good today but the day is young.  Attempting the work on the computer today.  Looked at yesterday's stitching - so much to re-do.  Piece of advice - not always worth stitching when feeling ill.
